Overview
Summary:
The Pediatrician provides for the primary health care needs of patients according to the philosophy and goals of the FQHC. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides patient care in a specified number of clinic sessions per week
- Works cooperatively with other physicians for cross-coverage of patients, when appropriate
- Participates in Quality Assurance activities
- Participates in data collection
- Attends service/staff meetings as appropriate
- Performs other related duties as assigned
This position requires compliance with all of the FQHC's written standards, including its Standards of Conduct, Joint Commission standards, all policies and procedures and Corporate Compliance requirements. Compliance will be considered as part of the regular performance evaluation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- IL License
- DEA License
- Board Certified/Eligible
- Must be bilingual - English/Spanish and/or English/Chinese
