The Family Medicine Physician will:
- provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages
- connect patients to support services such as behavioral health, nutrition education, enrollment assistance, family support through home visiting programs, and other services
- collaborate and coordinate care with our multidisciplinary team to ensure wraparound care for patients
40 hours per week/32 hours clinical/8 hours administrative

401k Retirement Plan Standard Benefits for Physicians, Dentists, and Midlevel Practitioners
- Offers 280 hours for full time practitioners for each full fiscal year of employment for vacations, holidays, sick leave, continuing education or other absences from the practice. At the end of any employment year, a portion of unused Leave days may be carried forward to the next year or you may opt to take the cash value of the unused Leave days.
- Productivity Incentives: Offers select physicians, dentists, and midlevel practitioners’ merit and productivity incentives based negotiated contractual terms related to net collections and/or total encounters.
- Merit Bonus: Select physicians, dentists, and midlevel practitioners’ productivity incentives are available based on negotiated criteria.
- Continuing Education (CE) Allocation: physicians, dentists, and midlevel practitioners receive an annual CE allocation.
