This central IL Community Health Center seeks a Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality care are that meets the personalized needs of underserved people of Central Illinois.

This CHC has been a leader in the community health center industry for the last 20 years, striving to make quality healthcare accessible to all. We focus on a one-stop-shop philosophy to provide a caring environment for clinicians and patients. Our comprehensive approach is complimented by bringing primary medical care, dental care, pharmacy, and testing together in one location. We are more than a doctor’s office. Over the past 20 years this approach has led to considerable growth. With the recent completion of our third major expansion, we are actively recruiting primary care providers to meet rising need for services. Our staff enjoy the integration of service and friendly encouraging atmosphere which allows them to provide a true primary care home for patients.         

We proudly provide primary and preventative medical and dental services to more than 17,000 patients with over 50,000 encounters each year.

Job Requirements

• Bilingual - Spanish or other languages a plus
• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Pediatrics
• 32 hours clinical, 8 hours administration
