This FQHC is located in Anna, Illinois, which is located in Union County, formed in 1978 and has delivered quality healthcare services since July 1979. We have grown into serving our patients with five convenient locations, Anna, Dongola, Goreville, Metropolis and Vienna, in beautiful southern Illinois.

This FQHC is a private, not-for-profit organization, committed to providing quality medical, dental, OB-GYN, and behavioral health care to residents of the area. Our team of administrators, physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dentists, dental hygienists, nurses, health educators, and support staff are dedicated to caring for our patients with respect, dignity, and confidentiality. There are no income, age, or residency requirements for services. It is our policy to provide all patients with quality care at reasonable fees. Discounts are offered and based on the family income and size for those experiencing financial difficulties.

This position is 37.5 hours per week. 

Job Requirements

Current licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist in the State of Illinois.
