FQHC is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team. As a valued member of our organization, you will help provide comprehensive, high-quality care to the medically underserved populations we serve.

The position does include faculty appointment and/or teaching responsibilities at OSF Family Medicine Residency.
