This Community Health Center seeks a compassionate, capable Internal Medicine Physician who is motivated to make our organization a leader in delivering quality care, patient satisfaction, and overall value to the mission we serve. This CHC serves the Rock River Valley area with quality primary health care for all people in need across our eight locations.

Founded in 1972, this Community Health Center is committed to providing a collaborative healthcare system that is patient-centered in all aspects, affordable and accessible, and high quality with dignity, compassion, and cultural sensitivity. Today we serve as a Patient Centered Medical Home for over 58,000 patients annually. We employ 346 employees, including 81 healthcare providers.

This position is full time (40 hours/week) - three 8-hour days (8:00 am-5:00 pm); one 12-hour day (8:00 am-8:00 pm); and one Saturday per month (8:00 am-12:00 pm).
