This Community Health Center seeks a Physician Assistant to provide a continuum of care that connects patients to health care resources both within and beyond the walls of our 35 federally-qualified health centers (FQHCs).

The Physician Assistant will:

  • provide outstanding, patient-centered primary and preventive care to patients of all ages
  • work with a team of physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, midwives, and other providers, along with outreach staff, case managers, social workers and substance abuse counselors to advance a continuum of care

  • exhibit a positive attitude during daily activities and foster a positive work environment for the entire team

Job Requirements

Two (2) years of working experience in the practice of primary care medicine in an outpatient setting preferred.
