This Community Health Center, a leader in Addictions Medicine & Substance Abuse Recovery, provides high-quality treatment services to improve the lives of at-risk populations and communities, delivered by professionals deeply invested in client recovery. We are seeking a PA to assist our clinical team.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

1 - 2 years' experience required

Education appropriate for LPN/RN position license to practice in the state of Illinois; one to two years' work experience in Mental Health.
