Overview
This rapidly growing FQHC is looking for a pediatrician or family physician with significant experience in pediatric care. The selected provider will offer comprehensive healthcare services to patients aged 0-18 if s/he is a pediatrician, or to patients of all ages if s/he a family physician. The focus will be on preventative care, managing chronic conditions, and providing health education to ensure our community has access to high-quality healthcare. • MD or DO with board certification in family medicine or pediatrics, with significant pediatric experience and proficiency in adult care.

Active Illinois physician license,
Controlled Substance License
DEA, board certification (completed within two years if not currently certified)
Verification of legal claims history via the Physician National Data Bank
Preference for candidates with extensive experience in both pediatric and adult primary care within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or Community Health Center.
5 years' experience required
Significant in pediatric care experience
40-hour work week; 34 in clinic patient facing with 6 administrative hours
