Position Summary

The Specialty Director of Psychiatry provides enterprise-wide clinical leadership for the FQHC's psychiatric and medication-management services. This position is responsible for clinical standardization, quality improvement, workforce development, and program excellence across the psychiatry service line. The Specialty Director partners closely with the Chief Medical Officer, Regional Medical Directors, the Vice President of Behavioral Health and Integration, operational leadership, and clinical teams while maintaining an active psychiatric practice. This position also serves as a voting member of the Clinical Leadership Council.

Leadership Appointment

The Specialty Director appointment is for an initial two-year term and may be renewed by mutual agreement with the Chief Medical Officer based on annual performance review.
